What a wonderful and life changing experience this has been to compete in the 2014 Slender Challenge with Health Renewal and Body Renewal. I have a complete new appreciation and respect for myself.
This has been a great experience. I have lost more cm's than weight and I feel more energized. I have new perspectives toward life. Thank you to the Fourways team and Health Renewal for making me part of the 2014 Slender Challenge.

Feeling very thankful towards Health Renewal and Body Renewal for giving me this opportunity. It was the only weight loss program where I actually lost stomach fat. I feel healthy and good about myself and life. Blood pressure and cholesterol went down. I will definitely revert back to the program in future. It is life changing!
Every time I visited the Irene branch I was greeted with a smile, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I can only say that with the motivation and assistance with the staff and fellow contestants who participated in the Slender Challenge I would not have done it to the point that I did. I feel Body Renewal diet is an awesome product and lifestyle and looking forward to maintaining this lifestyle ad my new body! It has been as awesome as it was also hard work.
I would like to commend Nurse Patricia. She was always encouraging and motivated you to give it all you've got during the Slender Challenge. I really enjoyed the bi-weekly weigh-ins at Skin, Body & Health Renewal Fourways.
It was a life changing 3 months, partaking in the 2014 Slender Challenge and Body Renewal Diet and Health Renewal. Overall it was difficult at times but at the end totally worth it. All for the better: better health all and all.
Slender Challenge VI was 'n ongelooflike ervaing en ek sou onmoontlik hierdie gewig op enige ander manier kon verloor! Die shakes is heerlike en ek sal dit bly gebruik. Ek het al alle planne en pille probeer, maar dit werk net tydelik en was nie volhoubaar. Ek sal Body Renewal vir enige iemand aanbeveel!
